Overview
We begin by following the same route as in the trek “The Step of the Red Rock Mountain”. In other words, we start off from Leonidion, and climb from the lowest point of the Red Rock Mountain up to the plateau Merohoro.
We then continue north to an area called Misonaso, where the gorge begins. The walk downhill is pleasant, with several unusual rock formations, dauphine plants, and a rich flora along the sides of the gorge. We end at All Saints Cemetery.
